“The encounter between human hands and products of nature is one of the most enchanting tales of history.
How does something become food? What happens before and through the creation of a meal?
A gesture in the kitchen can sum up centuries of history or be a breakthrough revolution never seen before. A culinary technique may define an entire civilization or just a family tradition.
We don’t mind showing the face of who’s cooking, it could be a celebrity chef, a common cook or just someone who’s hungry.
That gesture is universal and makes us closer as human beings.
You may master the art of fine dining or just knowing the trade in your hand, you may execute an every-day action in your kitchen or you may not even need a kitchen.
What matter most is that something is cooking.”
